Independent Sale Rep for Bio-Therapeutic

Requires fastidious organization, administration, oral and written communication skills. Must be timely, champion of priorities and dynamics, and be extremely agile and consistent. Must enjoy and thrive in a fast moving, high energy, constantly evolving environment. Candidate should be able to support existing accounts, continuously qualify and recategorize account status, collaboratively plan account development and direction, as well as prospect new accounts. Candidate must be passionate about skin care and wellness! 

Client interaction is predominantly via phone, text, email and video. BT utilizes Salesforce to document and manage sales efforts. All orders are directly processed via BT EU. Periodic events, demonstrations and other client support may also be required. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Fielding incoming customer calls and inquiries.
  • Processing orders via email, Google Docs, and Salesforce.
  • Providing exceptional customer support.
  • Maintaining and updating the Salesforce database.
  • Generating leads and prospecting new accounts.
  • Supporting and developing existing accounts, including planning account strategies.
  • Coordinating and participating in account events and demonstrations.
  • Preparing and submitting sales reports, including weekly and monthly updates as required.
  • Giving sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiating contracts and determining pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Visiting clients to evaluate their needs and promote products and services.
  • Answering client questions regarding products, pricing, and availability.

  • Maintaining client records on Salesforce and any necessary documentation
  • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

Sales Representatives work in an office, contact centre, or from home to help companies identify and acquire more customers to increase their client base and boost revenue. They help develop, plan and implement their company’s sales strategies. In some cases, a Sales Representative may work as a contractor. They typically work up to 40 hours per week. Sales Representatives may travel to meet customers and may also work in the evenings, weekends and on bank holidays.

Sales Representative education and training requirements

A Sales Representative selling products or services in our specialised fields may require additional training. This will be provided according to specific needs.

Territory Details:

  • Primary Territory: London region, including the E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, W, and WC postcode areas.
  • Existing Accounts: Initial support for a pool of accounts currently managed by Kelly Dettmer and BT HQ. These accounts may be handed over as needed.
  • New Leads: New inquiries received through online channels, web sales, and social media will be assigned for follow-up.
  • Collaboration with Kelly Dettmer and BT EU to ensure successful territory coverage.

Existing accounts:

Kelly Dettmer and BT HQ already have a pool of accounts in this territory which they will continue to handle initially and may be handed over to you to take over ownership. This will also be visible on Salesforce as Account Owner – this can be converted to another Sales Rep on SF accordingly.

New leads and accounts:

Kelly Dettmer, BT EU and BT HQ will hand over new enquiries to you when they come through online enquiries, Websales and social media.

We will meet regularly over ZOOM or in person discussing progress and how we can improve support to ensure your success.

Daily Activities, targets & KPIs:

  • 30-40 calls per day and 80-100 daily tasks to engage with existing and prospective clients.
  • Being strategic with time blocks to effectively manage and record time spent on various activities.
  • Prioritize opportunities at a 70% vs. 30% ratio, ensuring a focus on key strategies and collaboration with the sales team.
  • KPI’s will be adjusted monthly and help reach sales goals
  • 20 new active accounts in 6 months

Sales Targets:

  • Month 1 & 2: £10,000 per month
  • Month 3 & 4: £15,000 per month
  • Month 5 & 6: £20,000 per month
  • TOTAL first 6 months: £90,000
