Sales Representative Job Description  ( Regional Account Manager – Greater London) 

Bio-Therapeutic is a forward-thinking skin care product and medical technology manufacturer with distribution in over 45 countries worldwide. 

Independent Sale Rep for Bio-Therapeutic 

Requires fastidious organization, administration, oral and written communication skills. Must be timely, champion of priorities and dynamics, and be extremely agile and consistent. Must enjoy and thrive in a fast moving, high energy, constantly evolving environment. Candidate should be able to support existing accounts, continuously qualify and recategorize account status, collaboratively plan account development and direction, as well as prospect new accounts. Candidate must be passionate about skin care and wellness! 

Client interaction is predominantly via phone, text, email and video. BT utilizes Salesforce to document and manage sales efforts. All orders are directly processed via BT EU. Periodic events, demonstrations and other client support may also be required.

  • Generating leads.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports – when required
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
  • Preparing and submitting sales for orders.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Maintaining client records on Salesforce and any necessary documentation
  • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

Sales Representatives work in an office, contact centre, or from home to help companies identify and acquire more customers to increase their client base and boost revenue. They help develop, plan and implement their company’s sales strategies. In some cases, a Sales Representative may work as a contractor. They typically work up to 40 hours per week. Sales Representatives may travel to meet customers and may also work in the evenings, weekends and on bank holidays.

Sales Representative education and training requirements

A Sales Representative selling products or services in our specialised fields may require additional training. This will be provided according to specific needs.

There is no cap on the sales potential so the more you sell the more you earn! 

Sales Representative territory 

London region (E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, W and WC postcode areas (the eight London postal districts)) will be your main territory – generating new leads and accounts. 

Assisting with any accounts you create in the South of England, also if/when they are handed over and allocated to you. Note that should we grow even further this may change and more team members may take over this territory. 

Existing accounts:

Kelly Dettmer and BT HQ already have a pool of accounts in this territory which they will continue to handle initially and may be handed over to you to take over ownership. This will also be visible on Salesforce as Account Owner – this can be converted to another Sales Rep on SF accordingly. 

New leads and accounts: 

Kelly Dettmer, BT EU and BT HQ will hand over new enquiries to you when they come through online enquiries, Websales and social media.
